blessings and honours are on this cd. I mean you sing, dance, cry in praise and worship with this. "Breathe onto me" is exceptional. Fred is a blessing, everytime i hear of his new release i get excited because i know something marvelous is going to me manifested from his ministration. What he says at the intro about portraying worship like David is just as right throughout. THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR UPLIFTING TIMES ESPECIALLY MORNINGS WHEN GETTING READY.............
