Add items to your basket by clicking the "add to basket" button next
to products. You can always remove them later if you wish to. You can also update
the quantities of items in the shopping basket.
VIEW BASKET Click "view basket" at the top of the page to see your
shopping basket, change quantities, check if items are in stock or to delete
items from your list.
CHECKOUT When you are ready to buy, please go to "checkout". Existing
customers not already logged in will be asked to do so, and new customers will
be asked to enter their account details (more information under registration).
You can review your order and choose your preferred payment and delivery options
(payment online by card, or payment by cheque).
Payment by card is provided by Protx's secure payment service, one of
the industry leaders in secure online payments. Please follow the on-screen
instructions to complete your order. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
(Switch), Solo, Visa Electron, and Visa Debit Card.
For payment by cheque tick the relevant box and send a cheque made out
to 'In Tha House Records & Musicd' with your e-mail address clearly written
on the back of the cheque to our address. Please note that if payment is not
received within 30 days your order will be cancelled.
All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail and we will keep you informed when
your order has been despatched. Please see our delivery policy for details of
delivery periods.
If paying by cheque
Please note that orders paid by cheque will be despatched after clearance of
cheque. We will keep you informed of the dispatch of the goods by e-mail.
Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please
contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery, and
we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging,
as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item
to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return
damaged items before contacting us.
